Where I Went & What I Saw
Hello from snowy Montreal!
Despite the snow, it’s great to be back home. I was in Toronto for a week, and I had an AMAZING book launch. Andrew Tolson took some marvelous photos, and you can see them over here on the Quill & Quire blog. A BIG thanks to everyone who came out. It was fantastic to see you all.
I also spent some time in California, visiting my pal & fellow YA writer, Cecil Castellucci, who has this amazing, crazy Comic Book Opera opening next week in Montreal. Les Aventures de Madame Merveille: 1 writer, 4 comic book artists + one avant-garde Belgian composer = something I’m excited to see.
Then I was at the Specialty Coffee Association of America 2010 Event, to do some research for a future project. I’ve decided to start a coffee blog to deal with everything I have to say about that project. Check it out if you’re as addicted to the stuff as I am.
Lots more to come! I’m just brimming over with blog posts today.
