Scenes from a launch
I’d like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the Montreal launch for Rhythm and Blues at Babar en Ville, and to everyone who was there in spirit.
There was some reading.

And some signing.

And some mingling.

And a whole bunch of happy.

It was really nice to see family, co-workers, SweatFest buddies, new and old friends, and plenty of my fellow kidlit creators– including P.J. Bracegirdle, Susan Mitchell, Monique Polak, J.L. Scharf, Suana Verelst and Nancy from Yes Oui CANSCAIP.
Special thanks to everyone at Babar for throwing such a great event– and with so much food!
And please note that through March 17th, if you go to Babar to pick up either Break On Through or Rhythm and Blues, you can still enter yourself in a draw to win five dance classes from Studio Sweatshop, and a pair of Reebok Classic shoes, to wear to class!
