Event Recap: Babar Books, Pointe-Claire
I had some fun with B-Girl Feisty, reading and dancing at Babar Books in Pointe-Claire, QC, Saturday before last. Thanks to everyone who made it out, and if you couldn’t make it, here are some photos of what you missed:

The spread: books & cookies, what more could you ask for?

It was a beautiful day and there was an Equitable Trade festival happening down the street. They were nice enough to let Feisty throw down on their turf.

B-girl Sugar, cookie of a thousand moves.
I would also like to take this opportunity to mention that for a limited time only, until supplies run out, both locations of Babar Books– in both Pointe-Claire and Westmount QC have both signed copies of Break On Through, and the you-can-usually-only-get-it-from-me-in-person CD: Nadine’s Mixtape. So if you’re in the Montreal area and are thinking of picking it up, go to Babar and you can get a little bonus.
And if you’re not in Montreal, don’t be sad. You can still
a) Join the email list by June 20, for a chance to win the book, CD, and a limited edition Lady Six Sky T from Mas Tees.
b) Leave me a comment or send me an email and let me know where you are, and why I should come to your town. (I know, it’s because you’re awesome, I just want to hear it directly from you.)
