This awesome dude tiptoes through the tulips opposite that downtrodden blue heart on St-Viateur Street East. To me, this blends two themes: the near-universal contempt of street artists for law enforcement, and the altogether more citizen-friendly approach of integrating police into communities by taking them out of cars and putting them on bikes. I mean, this guy somehow manages NOT to look ridiculous on that kiddie bike. He seems to be really good-natured about it. He’s taking it better than I would.
