Blue Monday

This is one of my favourite bits of street art currently adding soul to the very semi-abandoned-factory vibe of St-Viateur Street East. I think it was either made by two separate artists, or the same artist at two intervals, as there are other more generic plain blue heart stencils nearby. Only this one has the second layer with the black outline and the face. Looks like an act of fly-by-night cooperation to me.
