THIS IS THE MOST INTENSE WASTE OF TAX DOLLARS.
and just makes the cadets even more of a joke.
franchement, en bicycle ou à pieds, des cadets font rire.
I know two people who have ridiculously been given expensive j-walking tickets.
after the cop handed over the ticket, that was given at 9h30am on a tuesday on a baren street, she asked my friend if he’d learned his lesson. what the fuck. giving tickets for THAT when people are being shot left right and center. bah.
