I’ve been going about it all backwards

Trying to match a title to my nearly-complete YA novel is not only difficult, it’s apparently also a waste of time.

I should have consulted the internet first, then written the book.

I read about this online YA title generator on this kids lit blog, and it told me:

My best-selling young adult novel is
The Pillow Book of a Braless Vampire.
Take Your Very Own Best-Selling YA Novel today!
Created with Rum and Monkey‘s Name Generator Generator.

And of course, it’s totally right. All this time I’ve been keeping my nose to the grindstone, writing about ambitious breakdancing teens, I should have just been writing what I know.
