Elsewhere on the Jillmurraynet
I’m being profiled on BlogTo’s The Bloggerati Files today. I’m proud to say, this is only my second interview so far this lifetime, and I think I handle myself masterfully. The first time was in June, 1997, in the West Island Chronicle. I was producing a show at the Montreal Fringe Festival and my local paper interviewed me and ran the piece several pages into the entertainment section, beneath a large, front-page profile of a woman who liked to sew festive outfits for her favourite lawn ornament, a plaster duck. Let it never be said that I don’t know my place.
On Torontoist today, I’ve been accused of being a man by someone who obviously missed this popular post, and last week, I was called boring and missing-the-point all around, so I guess you can say that gig is working out great for my writing career.
On the up side, I’ve been invited to come have a look-see around the offices of the architecht who designed that building I hate, and there’s a chance some people might hook me up with a phone with which to better blogify this space and others. It’s a Nokia, if you’re interested.

Aw, don’t let the stupidpants commenters get you down – you’re my favourite contributer!
It’s OK, I was kinda kidding. Just playing around with the “know my place”/good-bad thing.
Hey, to the other person whose comment I accidentally deleted from this thread, I’M SORRY! I’m having some spam comment issues, and I accidentally zapped you while I was also zapping all the silly Xanax comments.
You’re welcome here! Please come back.
