And I Cook, Too
It’s been a little while since I posted a recipe on here. The whole bean saga wore me right out.
For all of you who suggested I write a cook book, (Large White Moccha, I’m talking to you) here’s a little gesture in your general direction:
And They Cook, Too is a fundraiser for
“Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international independent medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural or man-made disasters, or exclusion from health care in more than 70 countries.”
It’s my theory that any blogger who’s cooking is probably doing so as an act of procrastination against blog writing, unless of course, she’s a food blogger. In either case, that means the recipes are going to be pretty great.
I contributed my recipes for Peanut Butter Pancakes, and Creamy Tarragon-Jerk Pasta with Orange Peppers, Mushrooms and Tofu, both of which were developed from scratch in the JillMurray.com test kitchens and featured right here, in this here blog, uh, here. They are two of my honest-to-goodness favourites and now they can be yours to own, in handy, spiral-bound format, for a good cause.
