I reserve the right to mock any network ad that shows up on my web site. In fact, I insist on it.

“Would you like to increase your flexibility, improve your circulation, and enhance your level of energy? Finally there??s a program that offers proven stretching and flexibility exercises without Eastern influences. Now you can fill your mind with the Word of God as you practice the postures on this DVD that will:
- promote healing and overall physical health
- relieve stress and enhance relaxation
- glorify God with your spirit, soul and body
- Transform your workouts into worship with PraiseMoves!”

“Yoga’s breathing techniques (pranayama) may seem stress-relieving, yet they can be an open door to the psychic realm — inhaling and exhaling certain ‘energies’ for the purpose of relaxation and cleansing (Paul refers to satan as ‘the prince of the power of the air’ in Ephesians 2:2 — this psychic arena is not a playground).
“You know, she’s a strong Christian and loves Jesus. She does yoga and says there’s nothing wrong with it. I think I’ll take that yoga class being offered down the street.” This young follower may not have your discernment. She may be like my mother and I were - weak and unskilled in the Word of God and open to the deceptions of the enemy.”
